Team building in Oudenaarde
On 25 and 26 September 2026, the Galicopains set out for a new edition of Galicopains on Tour. This time, the beautiful Oudenaarde provided the backdrop for two days filled with conviviality, culture, teamwork, and above all, a lot of fun.
After arriving and checking in at the Leopold Hotel Oudenaarde, the weekend could get off to a great start right away. With a lovely bit of sunshine, we enjoyed a welcome drink outside by the Schelde. A relaxed and cozy start to what would turn out to be a really successful two-day event. 🥂

Casino vibes after a cosy dinner
In the evening, we sat down for a lovely dinner at Brasserie Goldy. Afterwards, it was time to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of a real casino night. Professional croupiers took us into the world of roulette and blackjack, complete with the necessary excitement, glitter, and healthy competition.
Before long, the atmosphere was lively. There was playing, laughing, and enthusiastic participation, and the ambiance remained assured until the early hours. An evening that will undoubtedly be remembered for a long time!

Discovering Oudenaarde with a guide
After a well-deserved night's sleep, we began the next morning with a monument walk through Oudenaarde. Accompanied by a guide, we discovered the history, stories, and special spots of the city.
Oudenaarde has a lot of beauty to offer, and during the walk, we had the chance to get to know the city in a different way. A pleasant and interesting start to our second day.

Teamwork at Donkmeer
After lunch, it was time for some action again. An outdoor escape walk was on the agenda around Donkmeer. In teams, we searched for clues, solved puzzles and tasks, and tried to successfully complete the various challenges together.
Searching, puzzling, laughing and enjoying together: it turned out to be the perfect combination and an ideal conclusion to our team weekend.

Two days to look back on with pleasure
Galicopains on Tour 2026 was once again a weekend full of cosiness, connection, surprising activities, and beautiful moments together. From a drink by the Schelde and an exciting casino night to culture in the centre of Oudenaarde and teamwork at Donkmeer: all the ingredients were present for an unforgettable two-day event.
A big thank you to everyone who was there and contributed to the lovely atmosphere, to Lien and Kurt for the organisation, and to Patricia and Olivier for the annual initiative.
